Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company products and services. Creates and conveys brand and improves brand awareness. Develops graphics and other marketing media to support STOBER’s marketing efforts.


  • Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns
  • Develop content, such as short videos, banners, ads, infographics, etc., for social media, lead generation, and website
  • Create marketing material and graphics as needed
  • Generate images to convey a specific message, application, or product
  • Work with cameras for short videos and photos
  • Assist with and lead printed media creation, such as catalogs and brochures
  • Ensure marketing material undergo regular review and adhere to brand standards
  • Support social media advertising and communication
  • Support marketing campaigns, both internal and external, by working with other groups and serving as ambassador
  • Support with website as needed
  • Collaborate with team members, agencies, and other departments
  • Travel to trade shows and events as needed
  • Perform all other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A.A. preferred
  • Possession of creativity and versatility with conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Demonstrate graphic design skills with strong portfolio
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • KeyShot skills a plus
  • Adobe Premier a plus
  • Adobe Certified a plus
  • Photography / Videography skills a plus
