The Sales Administrator is a key liaison to the Inside and Outside Sales team and provides administrative support for the Inside Sales Leader and POD Leaders. This individual is responsible for training, designing and developing new test and training environments (SAP, CRM and other systems), communicating Salesforce.com performance and processes, as well as assisting all team members in support of STOBER’s Purpose, Vision, Mission, Values, Metrics. Supports reliable and accurate reports, dashboards, and Sales Data for Sales Leadership. Responsible for Salesforce.com improvements and training, as well as Inside Sales process improvement training. Responsible for: CRM improvements, POD workload support, projects as needed, teamwork, visit scheduling and coordinating.

    • Warranty return goal: < 0.5%
    • Error rate reduction
    • On-Time-Delivery to Published Standard:  90%
  • CRM Maintenance, Training, and Improvements
    • Delivery of training, education, and new hire set up
    • Communication of new CRM processes
    • CRM data cleansing and standardization
    • Automation of reports, dashboards, metrics from CRM
    • Develop test environments for new processes and procedures
    • Grow adoption of CRM through group and 1 on 1 training
    • Aid in design and training of sales systems where virtually zero maintenance is required
  • Support POD results – Flexible support for Sales Leadership
  • Manage reporting – revenue, transactions, quality, etc.
  • Project and day to day help as needed (~25%)
  • Formalize process solutions developed in steering committee meetings
  • Relieve Pods of tasks that are not revenue generation focused
  • Demo management and coordination
  • Skills/Tools/Tasks:
  • Help coordinate work with PODs when needed
    • Teaching, coaching, and training
    • Lead by example, exemplary behavior to social covenant
  • A liaison for outside sales and inside sales, coordinating customer and rep visits
    • Coordinate customer and rep visits
    • Set up conference rooms for visitors when needed
    • Make reservations, provide lunch
    • Help marketing with CRM apps when needed
  • Self-Development
    • Proficient in Leadership tools, especially TL, implement regularly
    • Learning formalized: Leadership, Interpersonal, Technical, STOBER policies, etc.
  • Education/Experience:
    • Experience
    • AA/AAS in business a plus
    • CRM administrator certified a plus
  • Performs other duties as assigned, job duties subject to change as directed by management

  • Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible
  • Work at a quick pace with little to no advanced warning of projects
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to get along with diverse personalities
  • Results oriented with a high level of initiative, ability to prioritize

Physical demands: Required to talk and hear, to sit frequently, use a computer to input data, use of headset, ability to use a computer screen frequently
